What are your COVID-19 safety protocols? 

The health, safety and wellbeing of clients is a top priority for me. During the shoot, I will be wearing a mask at all times, sanitizing regularly and naturally socially distancing. Clients will be screened 24 hours in advance to their upcoming session and will be able to rebook their session free of charge if needed. For cancellations due to COVID-19, the required 50% deposit will be transferred to a credit, redeemable at a future date. 

 

Do you require a deposit? 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all projects. The remaining balance is payable upon receipt of the finished product(s). If circumstances surrounding cancellation are extrenuenting (i.e., COVID-19) the deposit may be transferred to a credit. A signed contract is also required for large-scale photoshoots and weddings. 

 

Where is your business located and are you willing to travel?

I typically operate in Belleville and Prince Edward County, but often travel outside of these regions for clients! For clients living 50km outside of Belleville, a surcharge of 25 cents per km outside of this radius applies. 

 

How are the images provided? 

After post-production, you will be given a link to an online gallery of high-resolution, print-ready images to download and share. File type and turnaround time varies depending on the size and type of project. 

As a policy, I do not provide raw image files under any circumstances. 

 

How are the images secured and protected?

I use two double card slot cameras; which means that your photos are instantly backed up onto two separate SD cards. After every shoot, the photos are backed up into two separate hard drives. Finally, the finished photos are uploaded onto a secured drive that will be shared with you. 

Please note, that the shared drive will expire after one year, so it is advisable to download and backup the images immediately upon delivery. 

 

Are additional shooters available?

I typically shoot alone, and often find that one photographer will provide sufficient coverage! If you have a large-scale event or project in mind, I am happy to provide an additional shooter for an extra fee. 

 

Do you offer videography services? 

Yes! I offer videography services for weddings, real estate and commercial projects. Get in touch with me for more information! 

 

Where do the shoots take place? 

While the environment will vary depending on the type of project (i.e., real estate) I specialize in outdoor photography, and typically shoot in scenic, outdoor locations. I do not have a studio space, but often travel to a wide variety of venues, including homes, office spaces, churches, and more. 

 

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! Dogs and any other pets are welcome to be part of your photo session. I also offer pet portrait sessions as well, if you would like solo pictures of your pet. 

 

What happens if I'm late and can I extend session time? 

I offer clients a 15 minute grace period if they are running late! Unfortunately, however, I am unable to extend the session to makeup for lost time. 

After the grace period, the session will be written off as a no-show. Availability permitting, the session may be rebooked for a later time. Please note that the deposit is nonrefundable.
